Product Overview
The ZXW is RK's high-performance street and race chain, here in 520 pitch with a green finish, supplied at 120 links with a rivet-type master link in the box.
The 520 ZXW is rated to 1,200cc and 200 horsepower for racing, and is built for high-speed, high-horsepower use, large-displacement bikes and extended swingarms. The ZXW's design draws on MotoGP and Suzuka 8 Hour endurance racing work.
Key Technology & Design
XW-ring seal — RK's XW-ring seal has three contact lips and two lubrication pools, which protect against dirt, high-speed abrasion, heat build-up and loss of lubricant.
Built for endurance racing — RK designed the ZXW around four requirements from endurance racing: low friction, high tensile strength, consistency over a full race, and no loss of fuel efficiency.
Tensile strength — The 520 ZXW is rated at 42 kN, or 9,450 lb.
Rivet master link — A rivet-type connecting link is supplied with the chain.
